The name used when ordering.

A short explanation of your question or issue.
Clear photographs or videos when reporting a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Please avoid sending the same request multiple times, as duplicate messages may slow down our response.

Do not send a return to the address shown on the original parcel. Contact us first and wait for the approved return instructions and return address.

Packages returned without prior authorization may be refused or may not qualify for a refund.
